V bad service in pakistan...helpless

ReplyDeleteDear respected sir ! I am a NTC officer today in raja bazar Rawalpindi I was in my car a Wardon came and issued me two slips of 200 each . Whether on no parking a car lifter can only fine 200 per vehicle , o went to raja bazar chowki for complaint they referred me to chowki incharge when I complained him he gave me lifter in charge number which is 0333-5217797

The perpose of complaint is that with which law he has issued two slips of 200 against one vehicle . Please note my complaint and please feed back regards

میرا نام عثمان علی منور ہے .میں مورخہ 06-11-2016 کو اپنے گھر سے نکلا اپنی دکان پر جانے کے لئے 1سے 2بجے کے درمیان کا وقت تھا میں لیاقت باغ چوک میں بائیک کی chain ٹھیک کروانے کے لئے ایک دکان جس کا نام ہجویری آٹوز ہے رکا اور دکان میں گیا وہا بائیک پارک کیا دکان ک باہر اتنے میں ایک city trafic police کے ایک اہلکار آے اور پوچنے لگے کے بائیک کس کی ہے میں دکان میں موجود تھا مجھے پتا نہی چلا جیسے ہی مجھے پتا چلا میں باہر گیا تو جناب محترم city trafic police کے اہلکار نے مجھے chootiye جیسی گندی گالی سے مخاطب کیا .اور کہنا تھا کے (اوے chootiye میں تیرے باپ کا ملازم ہو جو یہاں پوچھ رہا ہو بائیک کس کا ہے )

Would any one higher up look into the agony n suffering an applicant undergoes for renewal of driving licence especially a senior citizen who has to stand in queue for obtaining APPLICATION FORM FILE etc.? Downloading facility is not provided of getting forms/application etc on web though it is displayed that one can download the application form / medical form etc and such APPLICATION FORMS FILES BE MADE AVAILABLE ON TRAFFIC POLICE PICKETS at various points. The renewal procedure must be super simple as the system is computerized and data is available CTP office. Further the submission of complaint/feedback is also rarely got through. Even the entry of Captcha is not accepted which is complicated one though it be simple one. This merits attention of higher ups to facilitate applicants making spl. speedy arrangements for SENIOE CITIZENS and simplify the entire process.
